Please use the Google Analytics code dialog specifically intended for this purpose -

ShopFactory Central page

1. Open your shop in ShopFactory software

2.  Click "Site Analytics / SEO" button

3.  Click Website Analytics

4. Locate the "Google Analytics Code" box and then paste your code as shown in screenshot:

(Note: Do not enter your keywords in the Google Analytics box - the search words are added in the product wizard and page properties dialog -SEO details section)
