What happens to PayPal and other payment providers when I cancel my ShopFactory Cloud subscription?
Your payments keep working. After cancelling, your account works as a lifetime licence, and on a lifetime licence only one payment provider can be active in the shop, for example PayPal. With a rental plan (an active subscription) you can combine several providers at the same time. Before the subscription ends, choose the one provider you want to keep, check its settings under Central > Payment Methods Accepted, and publish the shop again.
Payment providers supported on a lifetime licence
Without a subscription (lifetime licence) only one payment provider can be active in the shop, for example PayPal; with a rental plan several providers can be combined.
