You can offer 'Free shipping' to shop members when they purchase a certain amount.

Assumption: You have already enabled "Customer Membership Management" service in your shop.  (Customer Membership Settings in ShopFactory)

• Open shop in ShopFactory
• Select ShopFactory Central page -> Marketing -> Members

• You will be redirected to the SF Cloud interface

• Scroll down until you see “Do you want to offer free shipping?”

• Tick the option “Yes, if they spend more than” and then enter the amount
• Click  Save button
